Mr. Mauricio Quintana Barreneche is the Senior Business Development Manager of Feitian Technologies. Mauricio is Colombian, he speaks Spanish, English, roughly German and he is currently studying Chinese. He has experience in both entrepreneurship and multinational companies in the field of mass consumption, on-demand production, and service businesses. He played management roles in nationwide operations, planning and controlling production, project management, holding a PMI certification, customer relationship management and leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams focused on meeting objectives. He began his career as an entrepreneur in Pétale Ltda. Subsequently, he joined Carvajal Group, a multinational holding in Latin America with over 25.000 employees, where he step by different countries and different companies inside the holding, passing through quality, production, project management and marketing, up to became the National Production Chief of a SBU (Strategic Business Unit) in Colombia until mid-2012. In the last years he worked as the Representative and as the Business Development Consultant of a Colombian company in China, working towards the development of a strategic alliance between the mentioned company and one of the largest automotive companies in the Asian country. He also worked as Business Consultant and was responsible for the public affairs of a Renewable Energy Services company from Europe looking forward to enter the Chinese energy market. Mauricio comes from strong education background with a five years Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA degree focused on Global Emerging Markets of a European University.
